Once you have completed the course, we encourage you to seek out 5-10 hours of coaching experience at your local club to maximise your learning experience.

No. The Graduate course is suitable to players with little to no experience in tennis coaching, as well as those with existing experience seeking to gain a formal qualification with the Australian Tennis Institute.
Our courses are open to all tennis players, whether you are based in Australia or globally. There is no official minimum age requirement for the Graduate course.
We only advise that applicants have a playing standard of a ‘consistent social’ player.

The course is designed to be self-paced. Typically, you would expect to be dedicating an average of 3-6 hours per week for 4 weeks. However, some students take anywhere from 2 weeks and up to 6 months to complete their studies depending on their family or work commitments.

No. At the Australian Tennis Institute, our vision is to make tennis education accessible to all, no matter where you are in the world. To achieve this, we pride ourselves in offering the O line Graduate Pro course as a 100% online learning experience, and designed for self-paced learning, where you will engage with course materials and resources digitally.
There are no official exams in the course. Instead, your course will incorporate quizzes along the way to evaluate your understanding of the learning materials and ensure your comprehension of the key concepts. These quizzes are designed to be manageable and help you gauge your progress effectively.
Towards the end of the course, you will be tasked with an interactive assignment that will gauge both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. While the online quiz component assesses your understanding of tennis principles, we understand that physical demonstration is equally important. The final stage requires students to showcase their skills digitally, and you will receive personalised feedback and mentoring from your ATI instructor.
